Cynthia Simmons Taylor performed as a realtor consistent with the strong skills I had observed in another business setting where Cynthia displayed knowledge, good moral character and strong work skills. As a realtor, her positive attitude, understanding, of my personal needs, and her prompt communications gave me complete confidence in her expertise in real estate sales. She did excellent work in my behalf.

She was outstanding. The whole process was faster than I thought it would be.

Mrs. Taylor was very informed in many different ways. She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and was very honest with me through out the process. Was very encouraging when I began to get distressed. Still checks on me to make sure that things are in order. Mrs.Taylor did an excellent job paying attention to my contracts making sure numbers where correct. Referred me to an excellent house inspector and was very knowledgeable on the areas. I have no prior experience with Mrs.Taylor and I recommend her to all my friends who are thinking about purchasing a house. She Answered all my questions and they didn’t make me feel incompetent no matter how many questions I asked her. She was very polite and always on time for our showings. If she didn’t know something she would take the time to find out and would call me back in a timely matter. Everyone was very polite and respectful even the ladies at the front desk when I came in to turn in my cashiers check.

I can say she was very professional in every expect of the process., I did not receive special treatment rather professional treatment. I would and have recommended Cynthia several times.

Cynthia is wonderful and very friendly. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did not try to talk me into something. She answered every question I had with patience. She worked well with my schedule for viewing houses. I am grateful for her help and guidance during the house buying process.
